I missed you.

This is happening right now. I am actually blogging. It literally feels like it has been months when it's really only been a couple weeks. Getting into the groove of summer hasn't been too bad and I can't believe it's already a third of the way over. July is going to be a breeze so I'm pretty excited! I have two weeks off and I'll be making my annual pilgrimage back to St. Louis to sweat and complain hang out with my family and friends. The humidity and I do not get along but I'll make it work. One of the best parts of the trip is hitting the highway and stopping wherever I want along the way. But the best part is walking into my dads house and being tackled by my little brother. 

Despite my absence the past couple weeks, things have been buzzing around Apple Blue and I have some great posts lined up for the next two weeks. Including, but most certainly not limited to, an adorable Berry Basket Planter DIY, my patio makeover, and the makings of my new pallet kitchen table. And the following week will be Reader Appreciation Week where I get to lavish love and affection upon some of you who have supported me, left me comments or just plain lurked about. I'll be picking people at random and doing little mini-features throughout my trip so now is a great time to make sure you are subscribed to this blog via one avenue or another. And I'll also be sharing photos and memories of all my adventures on the road.
